Privacy policy
Effective October 16, 2026
This page covers esespainting.com and the details you send us. The site is run by ES ES Painting KS LLC. Handyman work, kitchens and bathrooms, and pressure washing are carried out by ES ES Property LLC, which has the same owner. Both use the same contact details.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name, email address, phone number and message, the type of work you pick, and any photos you add. Only your name, email address and message are required.
When you call or email us: whatever you choose to tell us.
When you visit: the site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not identify you, and only gives us totals, such as how many people opened a page. The site sets no cookies.
Your photos
Before a photo leaves your phone or computer, the form shrinks it to about 2,000 pixels on its longest side and saves it as a new file. That removes the location and camera details that phones store in photos.
What we use it for
We use your details to reply to you, to quote the job and to do the work. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
The website keeps no copy of your inquiry. The form sends it to us as one email, with your photos attached.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form, counts visits and forwards email sent to info@esespainting.com. It also checks that the form is being sent by a person (Cloudflare Turnstile). Like any web host, it sees your IP address and browser details when it delivers a page.
- Resend sends the email. It keeps a copy for 30 days and then deletes it.
- Google provides our email inbox (Gmail), where your inquiry is stored.
When we would share it
Only with the services above, or if the law requires it, for example a court order.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry in our email while we quote and do the work. After that we keep it as a record of the job, which we need if you ever make a warranty claim. If you ask, we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
The site and the form use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your inquiry is kept only in our email account, not on the website.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email.
Do Not Track
The site does not track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
